  In the last 2 months my visits to Hardee's have been terrible every time! The first time I ordered TWO breakfast combos with soda's, They only put ONE combo in the bag and tried to convince me that I ordered coffee. The second time, the Mello Yellow had no syrup so I ended up getting carbonated water. The third time I very clearly ordered my ALL of my burgers with no onions and every one of them had them anyway. And then there's today...me and my mother each ordered a $5 bag deal and an extra burger and drink for one of the kids, we should have had 3 double cheeseburgers, 1 chili dog, & 2 fries, what we got in our bag though was 1 double cheeseburger, 1 reg cheeseburger, & 2 fries. When I told the woman at the window that the order was wrong and that it was missing quite a bit one of the other employees hollered, "NO, it's all in the bag!" so we handed it back though the window. They took everything out one thing at a time and laid it all out on their counter (not where anyone's food should be just laying around) and then we were told it would be a minute for them to fix it. (no apology of course). The kicker was that when we got home we were still shorted one double cheeseburger and one of them was a single instead of a double. Needless to say, Im pretty sure they need to contact loss prevention because it seems like someone there is trying to steal food from customers and it's costing the company money to replace the meals.
